Bruce Turner brings a wealth of operating, technical and management experience from over 35 years of development and production experience in the mining industry. Mr. Turner's industry achievements include:
- Former President of BHP Billiton's Escondida copper mine - the world's largest copper mine in Northern Chile.
- Mr. Turner holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mining Engineering (1974) from the University of British Columbia and a Doctor of Technology (Honorary Degree) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has also completed the Advanced Management Course at Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

- Mrs. Ashton has over 25 years of work experience in management consulting and auditing for multinational companies in Europe, North America and South America
- Since 1995, she has focused on providing consulting and management services to foreign mining companies operating in Latin America
- Mrs. Ashton earned an MBA in International Legal & Tax Strategy from Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris, France (HEC) after completing a B.Sc. in International Business; M.Sc. Mineral Economics, University of Chile
