About AQM Copper Inc.


AQM Copper Inc. is a well financed junior Canadian mining company focused on the rapid expansion and development of the Zafranal Project in Southern Peru. Located in the resource rich district of the Southern Peru Porphyry Copper Belt, Zafranal is ideally situated amongst the world's largest operating copper mines.

AQM Copper operates the 50/50 Joint Venture with Teck Resources on the 33,000 Ha. Zafranal project, which has seen over 130,000m of exploratory drilling since 2010. In April 2012, AQM published Zafranal's updated NI 43-101 Compliant Resource Estimate, which reported:

The overall Zafranal resource incorporates block models from 4 targets: Main Zone, Victoria, Sicera Sur and Sicera Norte. Additional targets have been identified through geochemical and geophysical surveys. The Company plans to conclude a PEA during 2012 as well as continuing its exploration program with the presence of 2 diamond rigs on site.

Management maintains extensive experience working for the world's largest copper and gold producers in South America. Bruce Turner (formerly President of BHP Billiton's Minera Escondida) played a significant role over 19 years in the development and management of Escondida, which became the world's largest copper producing mine. Juan Villarzu was the Chairman of Codelco, the world's largest copper company for nine years. Management's combined 280 years of wide-ranging experience enables them to successfully manage every stage of a project.
